Not knowing quite what time I would get to Mansfield after clearing up what I could, he offered for us to let him know when I got there. We called him when I arrived, and he was there within the hour - no one else would offer that. Loveliest guy you could hope to meet - was done in half an hour, in which time he even hoovered up all the broken glass. I cannot recommend this man enough. Fingers crossed I won't need to get another window fixed, but if I do, there's no one else I would call.
